Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain fairness and efficiency in our scheduling, we have a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy:
• Cancellations: You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a no-show so a charge of 50% of the service price will be the no-show fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
• Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your appointment at any time, but you must still provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel the original appointment. Rescheduling without proper notice will be treated as a late cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation/no-show fee.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be a walk-in client.
